Q Do you have minimum order quantities?
No, you can order just one item if you’d like.
Q Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The more you order, the more you save. We also back this with our price beat guarantee. If you find a cheaper price, we’ll beat it by 5%.
Q What if I find a cheaper price?
We guarantee the most competitive pricing. If you find a lower price on the same product and service, we’ll beat it by 5%.

Q. What file types do you accept for logos?
We accept most standard file types including JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, and PSD. For the best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF).
Q. Do I need a high-resolution file?
Not necessarily. If your logo isn’t high quality, our design team will check it and let you know if there are any issues before production. Minor fixes can be made, but if a new design or major changes are needed, we’ll guide you on the best way to get it ready.
Q. What if I don’t have a good quality logo file?
Yes! If you only have a photo, screenshot, or blurry version of your logo, our designers can redraw it into a clear, sharp file, fix the colours, and remove the background so it looks perfect on your uniforms.
Q. Will colours look the same as on my screen?
We do our best to match colours as closely as possible, but keep in mind that embroidery threads and garment colours can look slightly different due to fabric texture, lighting, and screen settings.
Q. Can I see different logo positions?
Yes. You can request mock-ups showing your logo in different positions (e.g. LHS Breast, Standard Back, Front Chest etc) so you can choose the option you prefer.

Q Can I return or exchange custom products?
Since each item is customised, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with the product or decoration, we’ll make it right.
Q Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. Your order is protected every step of the way: We don’t start production until you’ve approved your digital mock-ups. Our design team checks every logo to make sure it prints perfectly. You get unlimited free changes until you’re completely happy.
Q Do you offer any returns?
Blank items: 7-day return policy. Customised items: Not returnable unless faulty (7-day window applies).

Q How long will it take to receive my order?
Printing: Dispatch in 3–7 business days | Embroidery: Dispatch in 3–7 business days Delivery times are then added on top.
Q Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. You can add Express Delivery at checkout. If you have a specific deadline to meet, please call us or message our chat to confirm we can deliver on time.
Q Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! Every order includes free delivery anywhere in Australia.

Q What decoration methods do you use?
We offer both printing and embroidery. Printing is great for detailed logos and logos with gradients, while embroidery gives a premium, stitched finish.
Q Are the garments good quality?
Yes. We only use premium brands and fabrics chosen for comfort, durability, and suitability for printing or embroidery.

Q Can I see my design before I order?
Yes! Every order comes with a free digital mock-up. We don’t proceed with production until you’ve approved it, and you can request unlimited changes free of charge.
Q. What if my logo file isn’t good quality?
No problem. Our design team checks every logo and if there are any issues, we won’t proceed until we let you know and get your confirmation. This way, your branding always looks professional.
Q. Can I request multiple logo positions?
Absolutely. You can add logos to the front, back, or sleeves. Our team can show you side-by-side mock-ups so you can compare and choose what looks best.
Q. Do you offer design support?
Yes. If you don’t have a logo or need one designed from scratch, we recommend using looka.com. It only takes about 5 minutes to create a logo. Simply take a screenshot and send it to us, and we’ll turn it into a high-resolution file with the background removed. We can make changes to the design of your logo and fix the quality, but we don’t design logos from scratch.

If a customer requests to cancel their order before the artwork has been approved, a processing fee of $15 will apply. This fee covers the work already carried out by our teams, including the design team's review of the file, the production team's preparation, followed by our picking team to restock the item, as well as the graphics and customer support teams.
The processing fee will be charged even if the artwork has not been approved yet. Once the artwork is approved and production begins, the order is considered final, and cancellations will not be accepted

Refund requests after the order has been processed or artwork approved will be subject to review, and the processing fee may apply, depending on the stage of production.

Hi Jack,

We’re writing to provide an update on your refund request. The matter has been escalated to our management team for review. As production had already commenced at the time of your request, we’re unable to offer a full refund.

That said, our management has approved two options for you:

Option 1: Partial Refund
We can issue a refund of $53.10, which is 50% of the order.

Option 2: Discounted Purchase
If you’d still like to receive the hoodie, we can process an 80% refund, and you may purchase the item at a 20% discounted rate, which comes to $18.24.

Please let us know which option you’d prefer so we can proceed accordingly.
