We carefully review all embroidery uploads to make sure they're suitable for the process. If your upload is considered unsuitable for embroidery, and we can't easily fix the problem, we'll have to cancel your order and provide a refund.
To make sure your design is suitable for embroidery, please follow these guidelines:
Make Sure Text is at Least 4 mm High.
Avoid Designs with Small Details.
Steer Clear of Using Color Gradients.
